Following our week in Monterey, California we headed to the airport with Paul (Road manager) and Team mates Brook, Neko.

We took a flight north to Seattle then drove into the very green Washington state for a American national in Port Angeles.

Allot of the riders were raving about how good the race was last year with an amazing track and laid back racing atmosphere, indeed it was! later would I know I was about to have the most fun race I’ have had in a long time.

I finished up in 12th just a 1.2 seconds off the podium! time’s were crazy tight but with the run I had, I was happy.

Another amazing experience and Great Time with Trek World Racing! thanks to my mechanic Ben Arnott also for keeping my bike running perfect week in week out.

Now I’m looking forward to getting back to reality… home, and continue my preparation into Round 1 of the World Cup Series in Fort William.
